WoW just released 3.1 patch

Doesn't sound Demigod related, but I just wanted to point out that the opportunity to quench the thirst of millions of bored WoW players who were waiting on new content just got their prayers answered. I was playing a lot of Demigod this weekend (thanks Gamestop) but now that the patch is out it will probably be sitting for a bit. I wonder if this unavoidable timing will impact Demigod much? It's loosely based off DotA, which is from a Blizzard game. Chances are DotA (Blizzard) fans have been wanting to play this.

Nothing like trying to figure out a new spec after your talent trees get turned inside out. Fortunately being super-busy here coincides with extended maintenance day... ;)

Will it impact demigod? Maybe a little? Does it give us something to do while we await multiplayer fixes? Hell ya!

I've already gone back to WoW enough times to know, not to do it again... Was such a great game, pity, I don't agree with the direction is went since WotLK, err actually since Arena. Only thing Blizzard can possibly make to have me once again as a customer will be the day D3 ever comes out.

WoW's servers have been down since 1AM PST, and are just about now coming back up :(

I'm so excited for this patch that I dreamed about playing it (twice in the same night!). Or maybe I'm excited because I dreamed about it? Dunno.

Wow, MetDragon. Well, I guess that's how I used to feel before I quit after I realized it was just one endless spinning wheel where only the pretty pictures on the wall change daily. Maybe someday WoW will break out of the cycle and do something fresh, or at least add a real story.

WoW servers are down till possibly 9pm PDT....Blizz and Stardock are both spilling coffee all over the office today.

 

Funny thing was I was planning to Demigod it up all day waiting for WoW 3.1 knowing Blizz's track record with content patches. My patch experience with Sins made me hopeful Demigod would be awesome.....but so far I have gotten to play 2 buggy/crashy matches then watch game fall apart :\. All while blizzard keeps upping maint by 1 hr.
