Which is which?
So far i have only tried Oak, and as i understand it, he's a general.
I prefer to only control 1 unit, and so far i know:
Evil Assassins:
Uncleaned beast
Evil Generals
Queen of Thorns
Good Assassins
Rook
Good Generals
Oak
What are the rest and what side do they belong to?
Light:
Rook(A)
Regulus(A)
Oak(G)
Sedna(D)
Dark
Unclean Beast(A)
Torch Bearer(A)
Thorn Queen(G)
Lord Erebus(G)
Light Generals:
Oak

Light Assassins:
Rook

To summarize the assassins:
Unclean Beast: Fast melee attacker with lots of damage over time and area effect attacks.
Torchbearer: Mage character with fire and ice attacks. He has more skills than normal, which are split over two stances.
Rook: Very slow but with high damage. He plays pretty unusually, since he is a walking building.
Regulus: An angel sniper. Very good ranged hero with some interesting tricks (tracking device, mines, etc)
It should have been a 'G' for 'General.' She is a general type character whose unique minions are Yetis. She has many healing and support skills, as well as quite a few movement self-buffs.
Actually i liked Oak the most so far, considering that mininions auto follow anyway.
I also liked the damage output of the Unclean beast a lot, but i'm chosing light side in the pantheon, so im going for Oak.
Right side of the Demigod screen is general, left is assasin. It actually labels them in the select menu, it's just really easy to miss.
