Influence

I hate this event now. I was controling 3/4 the galaxy with influence and some planets were starting to flip. I only had two influence bases near one of my planets in a medium galixy. Then there was an event that said that people were worried about me culturally conquesting them and the net result was that their influence had increased. Now I only control a tiny circle around my home planet! This was way too powerfull. is there a way that it will reverse itself?

If you have a previous save of your game, you can reload it. The event probably won't happen again on the reload, though there's always a chance.

Not sure what kind of event it is though. What version of GC2 are you playing?

That particular event does not reverse itself, unlike the other influence-reducing event. I also suggest a save from a previous game.

well, thats too bad. I just have GalCiv2 fully updated. I am about to install Dark Avatar.
