So I'll admit I am a noob to this game. I recentley purchased it this weekend and have been addicted ever since. I guess I've been comp stomping as of late as I've done everything from 1v1 to like 5v5 with comps on massive galaxies and have had a blast, but I want more. So I've decided to go Multi, the thing is.. everytime I try to connect to a game I get this.... it is absloutley and utterly driving me insane. I have checked my patch mutliple times and its up to date. I've reinstalled, I've talked to people afterwards about any possible differences. I'm goin nuts I just wanna play Sins all night with an opponent that dosen't cut and run the second my fleet arrives in the grav well ><

 

I guess I must just be dumb, I just recently thought that it may be because of Mods? but I don't know how that would apply to EVERY game I've tried, even the people who say they just started playing and are 0-0.

and I don't have Entrenchment

It isnt a mod because it doesnt say that u have a mod and the other person does not

Can a moderator or someone knowledgeable help out here?

you are probably trying to join an Entrenchment game without entrenchmnent. For some reason, they show up even if ur not using it vice versa. =P

There was an issue upgrading from vanilla sins to Ent a while back. A complete uninstall and then reinstall fully from Impulse fixed it. Not sure if this is what the issue is here...

Well I tried deleting the mesh thing and it didn't work even when someone specifically reverted back to vanilla to comp stomp with me. So I'm gonna uninstall and DL from Impulse and if that dosen't work then I dun kno :\ Back to WoW I guess lol

 

*UPDATE*

The reinstall worked I guess the retail version is shit outta luck then because the reinstall from the disc didn't work but the DL did :\ oh well if anyone wants to comp stomp add Dcash
