AI Death

Last night i was playing 2 ais with another player and one of the AIs would not die. It was early in the game and all of the AIs planets were dead. Except when i checked on the diplomacy screen he was still alive. I could also still place bounty upon him.

Ihis is was a multiplayer medium random map with a normal aggressorr(the one that would not die) and a hard fortifier. I mention this in case the Ai types make a difference.

I was wonering if this is a common occurence or had happened to anyone else.

ps: was this the Pre-Crash night jitters of ICO?

IF the AI are allied together with locked teams they wont both show up dead in the diplomacy menu till both are dead. So while you might of glassed on AI into next year till you glass the other one it wont count either as dead till you do.
