Particle Forge 3 not loading

i downloaded forge tools 3 and particle forge doesn't load, i click on it and then a windown pops up that says the program is not responding. anyone else have this problem?

Did you make sure you have the required .Net 2 Framework installed?

you can download it on the windows update page.

also the particle forge runs only if you launch it on a PC where sins is installed.

I had the same problem and it probably it nothing to do with .net, just paste the entire contents of the particle forge tools 3 into the folder where you have saved sins of a solar empire. and on the question on .net is better if you go here
