I discovered my problem. I was unaware you had to put the PayPal email with the serial. That's why it kept saying the serial was Invalid.
been there, done that. impulse should probably add it to a registration FAQ or something. it drove me nuts a couple weeks ago.
If you send an email to sales@stardock.com with the 2 email addresses (for your account, and for your PayPal purchase) we can merge both of your accounts together so all your software will be in one spot.
when registering you always use your Stardock.net account e-mail and the serial number. If you used PayPal, it may have a different e-mail addy, and then creates a new account. Kendo has the right suggestion, e-mail us and let us know what the e-mail addys are, we fix!
