I just purchsaed my GCII Ultimate Edition. But I can't find the serial number anywhere! Not on the case or the manual. Already contacted the support@stardock. Is this problem common? OR did I just miss looking somewhere?
Can't help much since I got a digital dowload but...have you looked well in the manual, maybe it's on the inside of the first or last page...
In the UK (Kalypso Edition) it is a white sticker on the back of the manual.
On other games I have seen numbers printed directly on the manual in white boxes and on the pictures on the page so they are hard to spot and also I have seen clear plastic sticker so the picture shows through and again makes it hard to spot.
Was it a new game or a second hand?

Support should be able to assist if your serial is missing. One somewhat common thing to look into in the meanwhile is that if you bought it from a store that guts the shelf boxes, they may have removed the serial sticker and forgotten to give it to you at purchase.
Since GC2 Ultimate is a new run it's too early to know if there are any production issues with missing serials.
