In the My Account - Images page, the "Upload Image" button does not do anything. The "Remove Image" button worked just fine, so I am Avatarless until someone fixes the problem.
Yes, it is not currently compatible with Flash 10. We're working on a fix, but until then it will only work with Flash 9.
I had the same problem, but the fix for me was to disable the pop-up blocker for the web site.
