add keyboard short cuts to tips.
Viewing tips should be an option whenever we are waiting.
Game load, in the lobbyb waiting for other players, and especially dead time.
Should have forward/reverse/pause/cycle speed buttons
Options for tip categories: shortcuts, ability selected demi, ability all demi, items, etc.
interactive training on audio cues could be helpful, too
