The Mod Folder

I don't know if there is a clear answer to this or not but here goes:

I see all the cool mods here and I'm having trouble locating the Mod Folder. In the game, it says the Mod Folder is inside my C drive, in Local Settings > Application Data, something something, and then Kalypso and Mods. Problem is, after searching my C drive from the inside out, I've found no record of that folder even being created. In fact, after the Documents and Settings > User name > I have no folder named "Local Settings" and the Application Data appears right after the User name instead of Local Settings.

What should I do regarding this matter? I really want to try out the mods here inside my game. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

I had the same problem when i first started, go into control panel and click on folder options. once there click on the view tab and enable it to view hidden folders.

I tried that and it still didn't work. I can't find the path the game gave me anywhere
