Gathering Models

So I downloaded this whole XSI mod tool and thing and its very much over whelming to a n00b in the modeling sector like myself. I was hoping to gather some models of ships to toy around with that others have already made. As always anything i use in a mod i will give full credit to the creators, just trying to learn this tool and see if i have a knack for this sort of thing or not. Cheers in advnace.

Personnaly..took me like 12hours straight just to master the basic primitive tool.

It'll take a crap load of time to get it right (I have about 100 hours on it and still my vessels are average). If I can offer you a hint though, go on internet, google images, type spaceship (or satellite! Or any other vessel you might want)) and just try to recopy it!

You'll probably fail at first (thinking your model is crap). Save it, close program. Following time, either reopen the vessel and try 'cleaning it up' or simply start the design all over again! You'll be amazed how quickly you're basic skills will go up!

Any other questions or further info, just PM me! I'm always willing to help!

The forge tools has the command prompy in order to alter them between both states!

It's in the documentation folder!

Have fun,

As for models, I think everyone prefers to keep them for themselves! Sorry!
