Running Multiple Instances

I tried doing a search, but I couldn't actually find anything anywhere.

Is there a way to run multiple instances of GalCiv2? I'm working on a mod a bit, and it'd really help if I could run more than one window of GalCiv2, to cross-check tech trees.

That is not something that is moddable.

You will have to do it the hard way. Change something, run the game and record the changes, then repeat and compare your findings.
