SINS [ProMod] by Albinus

First I would like to say thanks to the modding board which fielded all of my questions as I was editing the entity files.

Lastly, the reason for making the mod. SINS Pro mod is meant to shorten the gameplay time of SINS as well as adding more micro to the game. In general. There is actually much more to the mod than I thought. The bots are VISCIOUS. Gameplay is fast and skilled. A balance of micromanagement and macromanagement are paramount.

Ok, major changes I made:

Everything builds faster...

Everything moves faster

Fleet upkeep is no longer existent put fleet capacity research is still there.

Racial Abilities have been added to all races. The only ships that cannot use these racial abilities are seige and scout vessels

Planet defenses are much more poweful and key. Make them!

Research buildings are cheaper are research is much faster and sort of furious now...
