Creative Design Group (CDG) offers forum/file hosting of mods of all kinds for many games including GalCiv. All for free of course.
In fact that is the reason CDG was created, to help modders do what they do best. Built for modders, by modders. SO we are always open to new suggestions and always adding new features and services.
We offer anyone who wants to develop a mod their own a set of forums with any number of subforums. The forums allow up to 15mb for a single archive file (.zip/.rar), if anyone needs more than that we can definately work something out. You design your forum and you are the moderator if you wish. Full control of all content in your particular forums. This along with many other standard forum features, to include but not limited to Polls, Private Messaging, Message Editing, a great chat room, and much, much more.
