How to change the amount of resources you buy?

I know this was in the gameplay.constants file, but I'm not seeing it any more. I'd like to change the amount of resources you buy while holding shift. Is this even possible any more, or is it hard coded now?

Interesting, they must have changed it. I just checked the file myself, too. But I can't imagine any other file it'd be in.
