help with the developer exe

I have gotten the developer to work before, but recently when i tried to open it, I recieved continuos errors.

Does the developer work with the beta patch, and if so could someone please post a basic checklist of what to do to get it to run

It dosn't work with the beta patch.

They will probably release a new version (and new refrnce files) after the final patch.
