Map Editor and Cheat Mode

A couple of questions about TotA:

1.  Is there a way to activate the cheat mode that was in DA? 

2.  Is there a guide out there to using the Map Editor?  I don't get a lot of free time and really don't want to spend hours learning a program - I just want to be able to tweak maps.

edit:  Oh, and 3.  Has the TotA manual been published?  When I bought TotA, I was a bit surprised that the manual I downloaded was clearly for DA.  Have I just failed to find it?

go to where you installed it and find the launcher -not the one that copied to your desktop(well...maybe?) it should have a crystal looking thing as an icon..go to properties create shortcut, then find the shortcut and at the end of the name add one space and the word cheat, when you want to run cheat codes use that shortcut....i think this is right i might be wrong as i havent slept for the last 29.4 hours...
