Problem with Multiplayer

Hello
I´ve got a problem with the Multiplayer in Sins of a Solar Empire: I can join every game, but if my friend hosts the game, I can´t join it :/ And if I host the game, my friend can´t join my game. My Firewall is offline. What can I do?

Sorry for my bad english, but in real I´m from Germany^^

In addition to any software firewall you have, you also need to forward ports 6000 and 6112 (TCP) to your machine on your router and/or modem.
