Ship Sets?

Any chance anyone is having any luck with any new ship sets? I would love if some of the many existing sets made for games like SEIV were converted for use in GalCiv.

If someone would provide a step by step tutorial, I'll do some. LOL

There's a walkthrough in the docs that come with the ship encoder, and I think that Brad was going to do one as well.

Awesome.. thanx CariElf. I guess I should read a bit more carefully, I didn't check to see what all goodies I got with the encoder. I loaded up a ship from a shipset for kicks, and it was a mess. I think I need to do some reading.. :p

If you modify a ship in galciv, will every race get that modification, and is there anyway to modify the human race in galcic without modifying others

Yes. There is no setting in the Ship file for Race, nor are there separate Ship files per Race. Make a change and it is global.

Not sure what you mean here. Why not give an example of what you would like to change for the humans, and I'll see if I can help you.
