My cousin is daltonian...
Is there anything to change colors so that he sees the difference? It's espescially bothering in diplomacy where he doesn't see any difference between green and red... :notsure:

Seems so... For me it's more a problem in making up the difference between Torian and Arcean Starbases. But I know someone who has the red-green color blindness aswell and so could not play that game aswell...

Maybe it would arrange the problem if they could simply change SB colors and diplomacy colors? An option, somewhere, could trigger the "color-blind version" that would be adapted.

There isn't a way to change colors in game and there's no quick way to code it into the game.

I take it that he can't see any difference at all, so fooling with the gamma level probably wouldn't make a difference?

no it shouldn't. There could be a little thumbs up/thumbs down in the diplomacy screen. as for starbases you could place a small empire icon in the upperleft (just like the resource icon is in the lower right).
