help with ship sizes

I kinda new to this game, but im tryin to make some of the ships larger. I've tried a bunch of things but none of them work!  thanks.

You have to use the unofficial export/import tool for 3DSMax (and obviously have 3DSMax) to resize the models. As far as I know, there is no other way to do it.

You might need to rescale them in 3dsmax ( or have someone do it for you), though im not sure that would be legal.....

As long as you are not trying to profit or otherwise infringe on the EULA, modifying vanilla models is legal.

are you implying that modding is illegal?
why would stardock release mod tools to the community if it was illegal...
