Depends on how I'm feeling- however, I don't typically play the same pre-made map twice in a short period of time. So I suppose I would lean towards random.

i like to make my own 'randoms' with the map editor thing. that way its still random and unpredictable to an extent, and i can explore, but still have a rough idea of what i'm dealing with.

that way i don't get an hour or two into a game and realize i really hate the map
