Help Downloading

from GalCiv2 Forums
SO i downloaded the game and installed stardock update. I try and download the game and it just keeps telling me my serial number is invalid. I am entering the serial number exactly how it is given to me in the email. What am i doing wrong? I just want to play the game help someone!

When I purchased it, I got an e-mail titled "Thank You for Shopping with Stardock". Inside was a download link for Stardock Central that automatically put my serial numbers in. If you didn't use this link from your e-mail, I would uninstall Stardock Central, and re-download using that link.
