Error installing new patch

I'm having trouble installing the new patch (the 1.01a one). It keeps saying something about the file size being incorrect. I have the logs, apparently the .exe's are the wrong size. I wonder if this is because I downloaded from a new link trying to get the metaverse thing to work?

Any help?
