Have two or more trading ports in one gravity well.
Have two or more culture structures in one gravity well.

Do these increase trade and income, and for the second one, does it increase the range culture expands out from one planet?

Yes, each trade port increases trade income so you can put as many as will fit with no diminishing returns.

Broadcast centers stack on culture spread as well, making it expand faster and farther before wearing out.

Two culture structures do stack, increasing the rate of cultural production and thus the spread. I'm not sure the actual range is increased, but it'll get there faster (and swamp enemies who only have one cultural building).

The way it works is each planet it goes through loses some of the culture spread rate, so the more culture you have originating from one point, the longer it can go until its spread slows to an absolute crawl. I don't believe there's an actual hard limit on the number of jumps.

Answered that already :P It keeps on stacking. Each trade port produces a set amount of income (modified by cargo ship research and being on the longest trade route), so you can just keep piling them on for more credits.
