Downloading Twilight of the Arnor

Can I order Twilight of the Arnor and download it today and play it today or will I have to wait till release date to play Twilight of the Arnor. I understand if I can buy it now I will be buying the beta version of it till it goes Gold. I don't mind buying beta version of it, can I do it or have to wait for official release date? Thank you all.

The beta is still 'open' so yes, you can get and play it immediately.
