Strikecraft bug?

Finally got a chance to try out 1.04 and while I haven't played very long yet, I have noticed one odd quirk so far.  At various times now the fighter squadron I built on my Akkan will just hang out in a gravwell instead of following the capital ship around as it travels.

There's no enemy that could be distracting them and they're in fact not moving at all.  Just parked at a dead stop while I move my Akkan around.  They'll still respond to dock/launch orders and I've seen them follow the capital ship at times as well.  They're behaving in combat just as I expect them to.

So has anyone else seen this?

I've always seen that. Nothing new, and not really a bug.

Freshly launched strikecraft follow their mothership, but if you give them orders, they won't return to following after their orders are complete.

To get them to follow again, just dock and relaunch the squadrons.

Strange then, I had played a lot in the past and never seen it occur, ever.

Oh well. Thanks for letting me know it's been there all along.
