quick Q. with galaxy forge

How can I give a Planet in Galaxy Forge alot of artifacts and astroids to mine and alot of population etc. I wanna make a kind of super planet, which will be the target and reason for war in my map.

You can add several artifacts or bonuses, but asteroids and population can't really be changed much, without changing it for everybody. Also note that artifacts on home worlds will show up on the info card, but won't actually be used until the planet falls and is captured because it is the initiation of the explore commands that actually activates the artifact for the empire that owns the planet.

Thanks... I dont know where I can add all these things in Galaxy Forge. I read all the help threads, but it doesnt say where. I tried clicking on the planet and selected "edit" but there was nothing either. So where can I add artifacts and such to planets ?? (in galaxy forge) XD

I want that the planet is heavly defended by the "rebells(the default race)" so I went on edit planet and then I added a group and added lots of capital ships and selected no owner.. so i though that ment that the planet would be defendet by lots of capital ships by the rebells.. but nothing happend. there were still just some fighters and frigates... and when i added a artifact, in the game there wasnt.

What am i doing wrong???

You will have to do some simple modding if you want to change the max population/resource astroids a planet has. I can tell you what files to change if you would like.

Ive already made a mod for my personal use witch gets rid of astroids at planets but adds arond 8-12 astroids to astroid belts. Makes resoarce gathering a bit more interesting.

To make it heavily defended, edit the planet and go into global templates, find the one that says "militia strong" or something like that, and click add to current planet. If you want to do something like add an artifact, select the "current planet" bit in panel to the left, then "add group" then select the artifact from the list on the right side (note, only 4 of the 9 are shown on this list) and click "add to group". Viola, you've got an artifact on a heavily fortified planet
