Help with registration keys!

how do you change keys to other accounts?

OK this probablly should be in the Sins of a Solar Empire forums but I thought that you guys could help and anyone who works at Stardock could get in touch with that team.

So here's the story, I'm at my cousins condo and we were playing SSE and wanted to do online but we had to register, so since I had a Stardock.net account so I registered his game first, we thought we'd both be able to register it on both accounts, but of course that didn't work. So now my account has his game registered and he can't make an account and I really screwed up here. So my question is, can I and how can I unregister his copy of SSE from my account? If anyone has an answer I will need to know ASAP!

As it's always been, you can only register any serial on one account, and they cannot be deregistered or transferred. As this was an accident though, you should contact support@stardock.com and present your case to them.

For the record though, only one person can play on ICO with a given serial at any time anyway.

I did have a feeling it wouldn't work, but I thought that we'd both be able to play online. Thanks for the help and hopefullty support will be able to help.
