I'm deleting this cuz they're trying to compete against Stardock Entertainment.  Sorry for even posting it. - Kruelgor

Not really :P The two don't have much in common besides being set in space and involve some manner of empire building :P It's a turn based game with no tactical fleet combat ;)

Really? I saw a screenshot that said something about fleets.

Looks more like a copy cat of Gal Civ 2 , a really boring looking one at that.

I don't know. If you look at this YouTube video it reminds me of Sins a bit.

You make fleets, but the outcome is determined by stats alone and decided between turns. You're given the option to watch a battle, but you can't actually control anything or change the outcome :P

Yep, it's just like GC2 :P I'm not saying it sucks, just that you can't really compare it with Sins ;)

There's a demo of it out too, can grab it from fileplanet or something to see :)

No it is not like battles from GC2 because you choose different roles for each ship.Lost has depth to the military side of the game with factors like range being in the battles, so one role could be long range attack, etc.

I don't think stardock is afraid of a little competition.
