I just wanted to say hello to this forum.

Yep, I downloaded this game Sunday and found myself up till 1:00 am last nite already.  :) 

Right now my best friends in the game are the Pause Key and the Manual with a lifeline to this forum, which I used last nite to find out how to convert neutral mining asteriods as TEC.

I'm familar with the Gal Civs and recently popped out of Astro Empires to what looks like a real RTS.

Looking forward to sharing thoughts after a while but I'll be doing a lot of board perusing and dumb question asking.

Sykonaut - not yet but I'll keep you in mind. I saw the thread about noobs on line as well but I've got a lot to learn before I venture into MP.

I've done MP in a FPS (BF2 mod Forgotten Hope) and some of the old AOEII so I'll give it a whirl after a bit.
