cannot get any online games

For some reason i cannot seam to get online ,i open the mutiplayer and there is no lan game or the sever games,can any one tell me how to fix that.

The Multiplayer button is only for LAN games. To play online, use the Ironclad Online button. You will need to create an account and a playername, then you'll find yourself in the ICO lobby where you can chat and join games.

There is no ip address where the address bar is what is it i cant find it ty
