I've a couple of questions please help!

What does the bonus package do?
How can I propose a law in the place that shows me my influence and sometimes I can vote fo laws... Oh you know what I mean.. (I just forgot it's name).

So if you can help me please .

As for proposing laws in the United Planets (that's what you meant, right?), I think it's not possible. (:(

However, in the mod forum, there is a thread about the "galciv writer", that allow you to create your onw UP propositions. Maybe you can give it a try.

Sorry Galactic Hell. When I downloaded the game, I just downloaded and installed everything. So they are all "old" to me ;) .
But if you would take a piece of advice, download it! And all the updates that come along. With the kind of support we're getting with this game, I'm certain that whatever they put in there was designed to make the game better, more diversified. :)
