3 Bugs: Crash on Endorsement and two less important issues

Hi, I've been playing for a week or so and have noticed three bugs. The first one is a game stopper, the second is merely curious and the third a mild annoyance.
1. The game crashes when I've built up enough points to gain an endorsement and click on the Win Endorsement button (not when I actually choose a particular endorsement, I don't get that far). This hasn't happened in every game I've played, but once it happens in a game it doens't matter if I go back to a saved position and play it differently, if I ever choose to win an endorsement the game will crash. This makes it nearly impossible to play at the higher levels. This is a really serious and has forced me to more or less stop playing my way up the Campaign tree. If I could return a game at this point, I would. The game, as it stands installed on my machine, is broken and essentially non functional for personal use. (Note, I haven't seen this issue when playing online, it may only be in the one player mode). Is there any way around this to make my game playable? I might have to sell it on eBay if not.
2. The computer will often get an endorsement from the Chamber of Commerce. I cannot see a Chamber of Commerce on my endorsement screen (when the game doesn't crash). There is a blank space in the upper left hand corner that could potentially hold a National Chamber of Commerce, but I can't click on it and it doesn't read anything. Is this a bug, or does the computer simply have access to an organization that I do not.
3. In multi player mode, when an ad is started, it cannot be stopped. I think I've seen someone complain abou t this before, but it's mildly annoying.
Any assistance would be really helpful. I like the game, and I want to continue playing it, but right now I don't have much choice but to quit.
