Same here. How does one get the interview feature? or does it even exist on the CD version?
Thanks.

You can't start them yourself, but every once in a while, two TV cameras will appear on the map. Just go to the state that has your camera (blue for democrat and red for republican), and you'll be given the option of going on the show.

It says in the instruction manual that you can get an interview with the local media at any time by clicking the "Interview" button; but I have never seen any such button, where is it located? Thanks

There is no such interview button. It's an error in the manual.

Just a quick question -

I just got the game (version 1.00) and have downloaded the 1.01 update. I notice from the readme file that the TV interview feature has been removed, but that I can still appear on national TV "when the option appears on the map".

Can you tell me

(1) if the option becomes available after a particular event/date?
(2) how I'll be able to tell that the option has become available (does an icon appear in a particular state or does an interview screen pop up?)
(3) why the interview function as featured in the game manual has been removed at all? I honestly think that it would have made an excellent feature of the game!
(4) does the national media interview follow the same format as the local media interview would have done (i.e. as it is explained in the game manual)?

Thanks.

3) I think they are lazy
4) Don't know.
