End of Turn Problem

Howdy all,
At first I thought it was the same end of turn probelm with some of the previous alpha builds where the game would freeze up when you hit the end turn button.
This one is different. I can go around and move ships, engage in combat, buy facilities, etc after I hit the end turn button. The game doesn't freez, it just won't advance to the next turn.
This problem isn't generating a smart exception report either.
