Crash When Playing Swarzenegger

Whenever I'm playing swarzenegger in the single player campaign mode I get about half way through the game and it crashes. Is this fixed in the latest patch?

Just as a general saying, it's always good to have the latest update on so that we have a baseline.

Works perfectly with the patch thanks. It's just that I don't like going through halfway and be kicking but and then suddenly loosing everything.
