There is something very alluring about dressing in clothes that I find to be ugly (I'm sure plenty of people out there like them, but these are not for me) and surrounding myself with home decor I find atrocious. It would be like my private joke on the world.

. I'm not sure about his cape though. I never figured Cthulu to sport a cape myself, but one certainly can't deny that he looks simply smashing in it.
