Ok, this is a weird bug.

I was playing a game online as Reagan. Everything going fine, I got the early lead. I decided to build up some capital. After getting three, I opted to get a fixer to get rid of this damned heckler that was screwing over my campaign in Texas. I clicked on heckler, and instead of that on the clipboard on the side, there was a money man. I new that that was a bug, but I decided to continue playing and decided to place the money man in California. I clicked on it and right clicked in Cali to place it, and instead of moving the man there it moved Reagan there. I tried again and it seems it just served as selecting my candidate.

I don't know if any other operatives have this problem as I dropped out to relay this message to the boards in case you hadn't heard of this bug yet.

That is rather strange. The fixer should have been the one on the ClipBoard, as he is what you just purchased. If you start a new game does it continue to happen, or if you restore a saved game does it to it again?

Well, it was an online game, so I don't have it saved at all, but yes - the fixer should have been on the clipboard.
