Galactic achievements.....more than one???

Hi all;

I am curious why, when one race develops a galactic achievement, you get a message stating that they completed it, and no further ones may be built. Then, 10 rounds later, I get another message stating that another race has developed it, and no one else can build it, this happens even when I am the first to build it. Is this a bug? :notsure:

Yes, and it has been fixed a few times now. We're still hoping and waiting, but in the meantime secretly enjoying the opportunity to build the gravity accelerators even if someone else has it.
