Crash to Desktop and Disapppearing Ad Campaigns

Two things that have popped out in my games so far (both post 1.01 patch)

1) Crash to Desktop - happens when I click on Get Endorsement.

2) Disappearing TV Ad Campaigns - when you load up a state with a few campaigns - you have a director in state so its cheaper, for example - all but 1 disappear when the opponent puts one in.

I have the saved game from the disappearing ad campaigns. When you click on End Turn, they just disappear... can email it or link it from a site for download it if will help get rid of this rather irritating bug...

Is this with the patch? I have never had that problem, or any bugs really, but I haven't fired it up since I patched.
