Local Media interviews?

According to page 23 of manual under "meeting the press" it says you can give interviews by pressing the interview button with local media - where is that button? Please do not confuse this with the national media - i can find national media when it pops up on the map

There are no local interviews in the game. If you want to change your local stance on an issue, try either a newspaper ad or a campaign speech.
