I clicked 'generic' (SP?). Because It has more lists than another Governors... I letted them build everything on the lists.. after 50 turns. it almost do nothing.. just sit like duck... it made me piss off all time! Please fix it! thank you, thank you!!! it ruined my fun... (:(
