Frogboy (the developer of the game) said in this thread ( http://www.galciv.com/forum.asp?BID=GF&id=198340#198401 ) that everyone will have access to the galciv2 website in a couple weeks.

Yes, nice community we have here ;) I've never heard about Galactic Civilization until now but I can tell you that I won't make the same mistake with the sequel :)
I just hope it will have more previews than his father that really deserved more :sniff!: None of my gamers friends knew about his game, that's a shame :(
