No Resources

I just downloaded the latest patch off of SDC and seem to be getting "No Resources" on over half the planets. They have basically stopped building ships. I checked my economics stuff, and am generating positive bc, so I don't know what resource it's complaining about. Any clues?

Have you checked your sliders for how much is to be spent where, and what type of planets did you land on (the number in the top left hand corner of the planet when you go to the star system)??? Also if morale is low I notice that production kinda sucks too...

I've had this happen when I've colonized really marginal worlds with too many people. Try colonizing with very small numbers (like 100-200 million) on lousy worlds and see if it changes.
