Starbase trouble

In my last game when I was building my starbase two of the modules would not build. I click on them, it tells me the fee for building them, it says accept or reject, I click accept, it goes out of the screen and my construction ship(I call them that because I don't remember the proper name)is still there and when I click on the starbase the module has not been made. Does anyone know why? :notsure:

Did your UP pass laws limiting number of modules or banning terror stars?

If you use mods, there are probably different Modules using the same ID, thereby both (or only one) may show, but none can be build

If you are using mods, you need to align the numbers so that the last non-mod module number is one less than the first mod module munber. Then renumber the mod modules.

You can see the numbers with wordpad or something similar (not Word). This is explained in the Omega Pack readme (I think).

I gave it a try but the instructions weren't very procise and I couldn't figure out how to do it. Could someone give me the exact instructions please?

i've just done an edit, but have yet to see if it works. what i did was find out the highest number of starbase modules (in my case 55 - there were two original SBmodule files) and then edited the omegaSBmodule file changing the numbers from 80, 81 etc to 56, 57 etc

you'll probably find out if it works before i do. the missus az just banned me from playin'

:sniff!:

This is what I've done, but I also have yet to test it. I'm in a game already, but I havn't gotten to the Omega modules yet.
