Metaverse Submit delay

How long does it take for the metaverse to update when a game is submtted? I submitted a game a couple of weeks ago and it still hasn't updated. I re-submitted my score but still am showing at 8 games...I got a score of 10k and its no showing at all. I have formatted my PC since I last submitted a score maybe this is the prob?

It should show up on your personal score page almost immediately. I had this problem for my last game and just had to keep resubmitting. After my 5 or 6th attempt it registered! Thought it might have to do with running seti@home but apparently not so I've no idea why it didnt take.

Sometimes the site is slow to respond, or it drops the submission I think. I have had to resubmit some games. I had a lot of problems with my firewall at the time. Make sure you don't have any pop-up blockers or firewalls running when you submit.

Its done it again :(

found out what the prob was. needed to convert to my total gaming serial number.
