Question on Vas Phase Stabilizers

I built a few and researched all the way up to "call dark fleet" and I see the button for than but how do you make the phase lanes? My ships keep using the same old routs and taking forever. Do you have to have a lvl 5 cap ship with that ability?

It's under "tactical improvements"; they're a structure you have to build (at least two, one in each planet you want to connect). After they're built up, ships should use them as if a phase lane existed between each planet (I know that my ships automatically use them to get to places). The "Call Dark Fleet" is an ability you can automatically or manually activate once a phase gate recharges enough antimatter and the cooldown expires. Also note that any planet that has one is considered to be on the network, much like the Hivers in SotS (bleh) with their gates; you can have 3 gates, and you can travel to any of the other two systems from your starting point.

Thats my point, I built one at about 7 on differetn planets and my ships still take the LONG way. At one point I had a planet under attack 4 jumps away (it had a PS), the system my fleet was in also had a PS (both had it both in the same system) but the ships kept trying to take the long 4 jump way. Is there a limit to size or number of ships (Fleet had a cap ship and was set to move as group)? Also, I used the PS to do the Dark Fleet option thinking it would bring in help but it didn't appear to do anything, is there a time before things show up? What is that power suppose to do?

The power spawns a couple of random ships to the edge of the planet's gravity well.

As for the phase thing, make sure they're both fully constructed. I can't speak for anything else, because when I order my fleet to move from one system with a phase gate to another, they choose the right one. Even if I issue the command to jump to a system nearby, they'll still use the phase gate to get to a system close by, then do normal jumps. Works right in my game...

I seemed to also have had this issue. Have a closer look though, it seems the ships do take the normal exits of a planet, but they travel directly to the destination planet's exit point. They do not venture into the Phase Stabilizer itself and the do not come out of the target portal. And as mentioned above, they need to be fully constructed. Hope this helps. :)

Also make sure you're not trying to cross star systems, that doesn't work (though I think it should personally).

Then they're working correctly :)

Works fine for me. You don't need to do anything to link them, the ships should just go directly to the edge of the gravity well and jump straight to the appropriate stabiliser.

I've even had them use a stabiliser then a wormhole to get to other star systems.

I am having a problem in a game where I have a phase stabilizer built at an asteroid (and yes, it is finished), but when I direct my ships from there to another planet I have with one, they instead move "North," to travel from a different phase stabilizer even though the destination is kind of "Southeast." I tried different destinations and it will not use the phase stabilizer at the belt they are at to get to any of them.
