Cheat Codes Lawl

did the developers put in cheat codes, codes that cheat, or some letter combination that results in some sort of yield for the player (you).

What i'm getting at here is did they put in the traditional "cheat codes", sally shears and the like.

to cut a couple of you off:
1) I don't care about what you think about cheat codes. Every time a game releases, someone has to ask this question, and they get flamed. I didn't see a cheat code request thread, ergo, I'm doing my civic duty.

2) I like to learn to play with cheat codes, its more fun and I've done it for years. Judge a man not by your gaming habits, but his.

In any case, where are the cheat codes. If there are not, say so.

We didn't put in cheat codes because it's super easy to mod the game which is like having infinite ways of cheating.

You forgot the obligatory "/thread" since you've now summed up the entire thread. GG.

There are no dev codes (Note to Devs, an Option to set Starting Resources in games (for each player) at the Map Player selection screen would be handy though).

Most dev codes are there to help testers test later content without having to do the early stuff over and over. Since SoaSE is so modable they didn't have to do that.
